%%Pages: doesn't match number of %%Page:
'OK' will adjust the page count to match the number of %%Page:
comments found.
'Cancel' will set the page count from %%Pages:

I think I have seen this problem with dvips before. If the DSC 
directives are wrong also duplex can't work.
You could eventually try pdflatex instead.
