[cups.general] Using the pstops filter to shuffle pages?

No, the CUPS pstops filter does not support out-of-order page
printing.  We have had several requests for a psbook-like option
that would support automatic reordering/combining of pages, and
it will likely show up in CUPS 1.2 later this summer.
