[cups.general] Colors and accounting with HP LJ 4600

Just tried to add this line into the original HP PPD. The foomatic was 
running, but still no accounting. :( There has to be something about the 
generated PostScript that makes it pass through the pstops filter without 
noticing anything that triggers the page accounting.
