japanese email

I have an email I received in Japanese (character set ISO-2022-JP).

When I print the message, I get a bunch squares and blocks.

How do to change my system to print the message in Japanese.

Email Client:   netscape V7.1

Printer Hardware:  HP DESKJET 3820

CUPSD Installation:
