Windows drivers - output orientation changes (STR#644)

Hi,

Bug STR #644 has been around for a while.  In this [1] page you say you have fixed it but not released it.  Could you release a rc3-1 version with that fix?

Alternatively, is there a workaround?  The adobe drivers have other problems, but maybe they are recommended until cups-windows reaches 5.0 ...
