Look into the Software Programmers Manual to see the command line
options and environment variables needed for a CUPS filter.
Then, using that information, hack a shell script (or a perl or
whatever script) that in turn calls Ghostscript's pdf2ps
(or, as that itself is a shell script, copy the relevant statements
into your own script).
