pcl drivers missing in cups?

Replying to myself, clarifying my ignorance ;-)

I really don't understand printing drivers and printing. I just poke at 
stuff until it works, I don't know the right way to do stuff (I never 
found any good description what is "the right way", btw)

I don't think this was a separate driver, but just a different option. I 
just don't remember what I did to call it "PCL". It worked great with 
pdf files though ;-)

This really is different, any clue what happened with the 4500dn driver?
