Cups removal

I have (RH) Fedora installed.
I have removed Cups rpm 's
rpm -e cups-1.1.19-13 cups-libs-1.1.19-13 --nodeps

then later i have installed the new version from the CVS .tar.gz
Now iam really going to use LPRNG because i have major problems with cups.

i have installed LPRN and this is working...
BUT NOW samba isn's printing anymore...
Also printtool and the printmanager from setup are not working anymore.

please i really need to remove CUPS (get out of my life)

this is the error: please let printtool use LPRNG where can i change that?
