Nope, it was a bug in the Windows driver and we had to add a
hack to fix it.  Unfortunately, the bigger issue of the UI component
crashing (and having no way to debug the UI component, way to go
Microsoft!) caused us to punt on the NT driver and refocus on the
2k driver.
