Is it possible to configure CUPS so that it will issue jobs to a specific printer based on the request originator?

For Example:

1) PC 'A' and PC 'B' both issue requests for reports to a central report generation process on Server 'X'.  PC 'A' wants it's report to come out on printer 1 and PC 'B' wants it's to come out on printer 2.

2) Server 'X' produces the reports and sends them to the exected printers (i.e. A's to 1 and B's to 2)

So, can CUPS be set up to automatically send reports to the print queue most appropriate for the job.  This would not just be based on the originator but the content of the report (e.g. plain A4, labels, colour A3 etc.)
