pstops (CUPS 1.1.20) does not work with ESP-Documents (ununsable output)

Why should it, when your input is garbage?  The first line identifies
the file as EPS, which by definition can only contain a single page.
CUPS treats it as such...

Drop the EPSF-1.2 part of the first line and you should be OK.
