Cups Silently Dropping Jobs

I have a cups server (lets call it ServerA) printing to another cups server on another network which is serving a printer on that network.

When I print test pages from the admin screen on ServerA, they print just fine on the printer. But when I print from XP boxes on the first network to ServerA, either via Samba or direct via HTTP://, the print jobs are dropped by ServerA.

ServerA logs the jobs as complete but nothing ever shows up on the remote printer.

We have a connection from ServerA to the printer since we can print test pages. We have a connection from the workstations to ServerA since log entries show up on ServerA and there are no error messages.

Can anyone shed some light on this?
