Printing PDF with cups 1.15 on SuSE 8.1

hallo,
just replying my self:
using the following ppd will solve this problem:
LaserJet 4V, 4Si, CUPS+GIMP-print v4.3.3
i don't know wether this is limited to HP printers, but this ppd
won't print leading blank pages and you can use different trays
and you do have 600dpi.
