libcupsys2-gnutls10 Breaks KDE and Disables CUPS, Printing

Greetings,

 This package has caused a broken state that has disabled CUPS in KDE 3.2.2  I
 cannot install the package and get CUPS back into a working state because it
 would remove most of KDE. Because of the broken state of this package I cannot print.  There is no apparent work-around available that can be found searching the internet, user  groups, or news groups and this "bug" is reported as resolved on Debian.org.

Is it unreasonable to expect that if something is broken that it not be considered resolved until the broken state is rectified?  This is the first time in nine months of using Debian Sid that this kind of unstability has happened, most issues resolve in a few days.

 Any help getting CUPS and printing back to working would be most appreciated!
