deny printing for a single user or group

hello at all
im the bofh in a small network (10 clients) ;)
my problem is we have to have a user guest and there are a lot of guests
and all of them try to print some trash from the net and wasting paper ...
i simply want to deny printing for this single user. we are using cups latest version. any idea?
