[cups.general] Incomplete output when printing this PDF

Hello Admins,

A user is having problems printing this PDF file.  It will only print
the first few pages.

We are serving printing with CUPS 1.1.20 on debian linux.  The XP user
is printing to CUPS through Samba 3.0.2a

I've tried printing this PDF to CUPS directly, bypassing Samba, and
there is no output on the printer.

Does someone know what the problem is?  or try printing this PDF to see
if you get the same result?
