duplex printing problem (ps file)

Your prolog contains the PostScript statement
	/setpagedevice {pop} bind
which means tehe setpagedevice operator is made a no-op. Thus
(assuming your printer is at least level 2), your duplex option
will be ignored (for level 2 devices, it is a setpagedevice
statement).

Consult your TeX and dvips setup and modify accordingly.
