Unable to open temporary control file - Permission denied

Hi

I have installed cups

 cups-common-1.1.18-2.2.C21mdk
 cups-drivers-1.1-84.3mdk
 libcups1-1.1.18-2.2.C21mdk
 cups-1.1.18-2.2.C21mdk

on a Mandrake Corporate Server 2.1. After a while printing from windows clients (use cups-lpr) stops. From the log:

cups-lpd[21650]: Receive print job for printer
cups-lpd[21650]: Unable to open temporary control file - Permission denied

Which directory is this?
Why does this suddently happen?

Any ideas?
