CLI lpadmin -x requires password.

More specifically, as root, when trying to remove a printer queue
using the "lpadmin -x queue" command, it response with the following:

Password for root on CUPSTEST?

I'm already logged in as root. My two production servers works just fine on the CLI and I've compared the configuration files and they're all identical.

So what's special about CUPSTEST server that's asking me for root password when I'm already root?

Any ideas?

RHEL running CUPS 1.1.17.
