Should be 'content-type=application/postscript', right ?

Your job seems to be interpreted as a RAW job, not PostScript.

You should verify also that the rights on the cups 'mime.convs' and 'mime.types' configuration files permit read access from all, not only just from root.

Finally, increase the CUPS log level, and see if one error_log message points you to the real problem.
