remove cups printer associatio from samba

Perhaps you can try using the rpcclient interface to samba:
rpcclient -U root YOURSAMBASERVER

Typing "help" you can see a lot of commands. The interesting commands 
for you are in the section SPOOLSS especially the commands 'deldriver' 
or 'setdriver'.
