[cups.general] RHFC and CUPS ...

I really do wish some one could shed some light on the mysterious mods to 
cupsd. I await more clues on this subject with eager interest. Especially on 
mine. Google can show that it's not that unusual. I can find nothing in the 
documentation. If this was windows I would think that my machine was being 
hacked. Suppose I could arrange for everything to re install every time it 
happens but I would rather have a more viable solution.

PS surely cups can cause multiple copies at the printer?
