libcupsys2-gnutls10 Breaks KDE and Disables CUPS

Greetings,

This package has caused a broken state that has disabled CUPS in KDE 3.2.2  I
cannot install the package and get CUPS back into a working state because it
would remove most of KDE.

This is unacceptable, I rely on my computer to print as part of my business
and because of the broken state of this package I cannot print.  There is no
apparent work-around available that can be found searching the internet, user
groups, or news groups and this "bug" is reported as resolved on Debian.org.

Any help getting CUPS back to working would be most appreciated!
