CUPS Arabic support ?

ok, i changed the Font's glyph names to the names in the Adobe Glyph 
name list (not sure, will check again).
the font also contains 0600 to 066f AND FE70 to FEFC, as per your request.

also, fixed the display problem, it was something with the font.
now the patch also includes shaping. we are now calling for testers on 
arabeyes. the only thing left, is for you to look at the patch.
