re compiling the rastertoepson filter

I want to re compile the rastertoepson.c filter program. I have all the headers and all file required by rastertoepson.c.

Can you give the details of re compiling the rastertoepson.c filter.

I have tried with the following command

gcc -c rastertoepson.c
