[cups.general] cupsaddsmb not adding nt drivers

Which I have already done, hence my confusion on why cupsaddsmb is not loading anything  - or even attempting to create - the W32X86 directory.

Please do not assume that I have NOT read the CUPS documentation, the Samba documentation, or that I have not look over the archives of this forum.

If fact with earlier versions of Cups and Samba that I currently have in production I have not seen such a problem before.
