[cups.general] raw printing

a raw printer is a printer that delegates the work of preparing the
document to client's driver. it is usually used with windows clients
that use their own propietary driver and send jobs to raw printer.
you need a generic driver that fits your model. try to go to
linuxprinting.org and see if you find what you want.
