[cups.general] Bug fixes in foomatic-rip

Helge Blisckke has reported two bugs in foomatic-rip recently:

foomatic-rip dies with ESPIPE = "Illegal seek" on "close STDIN;" under 
UnixWare 7.1.0:

foomatic-rip overrides /EndPage procedure of incoming PostScript code 
with CUPS page accounting:

Helge has fixed both bugs and sent me a patch. I have applied the patch 
to the stable branch of Foomatic now. If someone has any problem with 
foomatic-rip, please update:
