Mybe I post this message to the false list, but perhaps it is somehow related
to cups

I upgraded from samba-3.0.7 to samba-3.0.8 due to the announced security
reasons
cupsaddsmb runs with no problems
installing printers on WIN-XP Clients gives no problems.
installing printers on WIN98 Clients runs smooth, but Tying to print a page
gives ( my own translation):
"Error while writing to \\Node\printer for Printer(printer)"
"The printer is no longer available. Contakt your Systemmanager"

Has anyone seen this behaviour ?

Here is the used smb.conf
