unable to delete jobs

Hi,

I wanted to delete a print job using the webfrontend. The error 

Client-error-forbidden

came up.

A user /password for configuration avctivites was already set up using
lppasswd.

The google search for this problem gave the result that some settings in
cupsd.conf needs to take place. So I added:

<Location /jobs>
AuthType Basic
AuthClass User
Satisfy All
</Location>

Interesting enough, thereafter the user and password was not accepted
anymore. The user/passwd was still OK for stopping the printer.

Where is the mistake?
