[cups.general] BrowsePoll and PPD with samba Point and Print ...

BrowsePoll only works if you configured the remote server
you are polling to accept the 'poll'. You have to add an
'Allow <IP-Address browsing server>' line to the section
  <Location />
    ...
  </Location>
