Renaming config/other files...

When CUPS renames files, the renamed files get the ".O" suffix which
is unusual.

For example: when renaming the old config file [say printers.conf]
to make a backup after the configuration gets changed,
the new name ends with an capital ".O" (that is "oh"),
not ".0" (that is zero).

So,

(The old) "p½µØÒ謗ÏN¥ïVž—20gets renamed to "printers.conf.O"
 instead of "printers.conf.0".
