Forced duplex printing to specific printers?

I was searching for a similar solution out of similar reasons ..

Only question i have here as a non native english speaker:

Does DUPLEX mean printing on both papersides (if printer supports it) or
is this the 2 pages 90 degrees turned and rescaled on one page ?
