[cups.general] /etc/pam.d/cupsys

hi!

im trying to configure cups authentification to attack an ldap server.
i've edited /etc/pam.d/cupsys but nothing happens.
i would like to use pam_ldap.so and pam_issue.so to send a message, so
this is what i got:

account optional   pam_issue.so issue=/etc/issue.cupsys

auth	required	pam_unix.so
account	required	pam_unix.so

------------------------------

i tried all combinations with authentification (everytime restarting
server):

AuthType Basic
AuthClass User

AuthType Digest
AuthClass User

AuthType Basic
AuthGroupName printgroup
AuthClass Group

AuthType Digest
AuthGroupName printgroup
AuthClass Group

But all these seems to ignore /etc/pam.d/cupsys

can anyone give me a hint?
