filters on x86_64 systems

There is a small problem with cups-1.1.20 on x86_64 systems:
If you have a 64bit CUPS, it searches for filters only in
/usr/lib64/cups/filter. It does ignore filters in /usr/lib/cups/filter. Some filters are only available as 32bit-binary, e.g. rastertosharp by Mike Sweet. It would be great, if CUPS could look in lib64 first and then in lib. Is that possible?

Workaround: I created a symlink in /usr/lib64/cups/filter.
