PPD isn´t working properly

I have a PostScript printer. I configured my printer with its windows
ppd file (I checked the file with cupstestppd and it was correct).

 The problem is that the printer doesn´t work with some applications
like kghostview and openoffice. However, the printer works perfectly
(changing trays, duplex printing, etc...) with xpdf and kwrite.

I configured all applications to print with krpinter instead of lpr.

Someone could give me some tips?
