lpstat: get-jobs failed: server-error-service-unavailable

Hi,
I am trying to get cups working in the client server way.
In the server machine i configured cupsd.conf with the following

BrowseAllow <my ip>

everything else is default.

In my computer i edited client.conf with

ServerName <server ip>

both the client and the server are on the same subnet.

when i run lpstat from my computer i get the following error.

lpstat: get-jobs failed: server-error-service-unavailable

where did i mess up?
