Command Line IPP client for LINUX/UNIX ?

Is there a command line IPP client for LINUX/UNIX, something similar to unix's lp ? Such that I can issue printjobs to IPP printers like:

# ipp_client -d 1.2.3.4:631 <filename>

or something of that sort ?

If not, how do I add a IPP printer on solaris ?
