[cups.general] connection refused

Hi, All,

When I tried to print to a cups printer server remotely, it gave me a 
remote host connection refused error. I could telnet localhost 631 but 
if I use the hostname to replace the localhost, it will gave me the same 
error.

See my cupsd.conf in the attatchment.

Please help.
