Tagging each page with a banner

The updated version of the alternate pstops filter released yesterday
permits this
by specifying a watermark file (page-label=filename) where the watermark
file,
in essence a PostScript routine, gets the job-originating-user-name
string or the
USER string from the CUPS_ENV_OPT dictionary. See pstops.txt for the
details.
