[cups.general] Can Windows print to a CUPS printer without samba?

I'm wondering if it's possible to set up a CUPS printer on a Linux 
server so that Windows can print to it as a Network Printer without the 
use of Samba.

I've done some looking on the Net and haven't found a solution here.  
Anybody know how to do this?
