[cups.general] plain text issues

Hi folks,

I've just moved our print server to CUPS. Clients are having problems when
printing plain text on our HP Laserjet and Kyocera Mita printers - much of
the text is 'chopped off' at the top or left hand side.

I've tried all the alternative printer drivers available for each.
Printing is fine if users use an application to print text, e.g. a2ps or
mozilla etc.

Is there a way to resolve this issue?
