CUPS Not Printing

Since this is the cupsd log, I'm guessing you want to look at the
ServerName in cupsd.conf on the server.  Possibly the leading '.' is the
problem.  Are you trying to run CUPS on a system that gets a dynamic IP
address from Comcast?
