Adding Admin Users

Hello guys

We have cups configured and are currently our admin username and password to access cups.  I would like to add other users and give them administrator privelidges to the cups web interface but do not want to share our admin password.  What steps do i need to go through to add users with admin privelidges?

I am new to cups and config files and a little dubious of playing around with a live system.
