If you are using the GNOME stuff, it can be setup 2 different ways. If
you have gnomesu/gksu/*su for GNOME installed, it is probably re-asking
you for your password, but if you are not properly setup in the sudoers
file or in the sudo group (or both) this is probably why you are
failing.
