Border on Test Page

Hello,
      I have looked in the docs, but must not be searching with the right keywords.  I am having an issue with the Page size (Imageable Area) that the printer/cups thinks the printer has (LaserJet 4).  When it prints the test page, everything is fine, except the border around the page is getting chopped off on the bottom, because it thinks the imageable size is too big (I think).  Can someone link me to doc where it says how I can change these settings?
