restrict printer feature

Hi,

How can I disable a printer feature in CUPS? We have a Ricoh Aficio CL4000DN in our lab.

The printer is shared via SMB twice, A) CL4000DN Color and B) CL4000DN BW.

Printer A is availiable to teachers and staff, B is availiable to students.

How can I disable color printing on B so that all jobs are forced to color? Further, even if the print job is sent as a color print job, it would only ever print to B/W?

OS X 10.4.2, CUPS, Samba.
