Wanted: Windows Printer Driver Developer

We are looking for a Printer Driver Developer for a project (Not an employment situation, but a contract project which can be done at  your own time)
We need to write a Windows Priter Driver for an Epson color inkjet printer for a special application, on Windows 2K or XP platform, with communication to printer via USB.
