[cups.general] CUPS always uses raw driver

Check the PPD file with the "cupstestppd" tool, perhaps it is broken 
(should not be the case as it is part of CUPS):

cupstestppd /usr/share/cups/model/deskjet2.ppd.gz

Or go directly for the driver from the printer's manufacturer:
