Open the ppd file in a plain-text editor (eg "notepad" or "edit") and make
sure these lines exist:

*ColorDevice: True
*DefaultColorSpace: RGB

If they specify "False" and "grey" or "greyscale" change them to the
appropriate values. Save, and try printing again.
